  • One-on One Coaching - If you want to make the fastest and most long-lasting changes, this is the program for you. However, please understand that REAL lasting change does take time! There IS no magic wand! There's a lot of "get rich quick" quacks out there. Don't be fooled! In our personalized programs, you will meet with your coach on a regular basis. There are various programs for various budgets. Early on, your coach will do assessments and evaluations in order to learn about your business and about your leadership style. As you progress, you and your coach will work on time-tested, world-class business strategies to get your business humming!
     
  • Group Coaching - This program is for owners who have either limited budgets or just want to be a part of a group of fellow business owners. Like the individualized model, you will meet on a regular basis and go through the evaluations. On a weekly basis, you will have an allotted time within the group to present challenges and get help from not only your ALR coach - but the other business owners as well!
     
  • Group Training - This program is designed for business owners who are not necessarily challenged by accountability, but rather would like to LEARN. It is a 13 week long training program that meets once per week. Because it is done in more of a "workshop" format than a seminar, you will go through exercises and begin to design systems for marketing, leadership, sales, customer service, human resources and financial management. It is VERY affordable, and is also a great starting point if you have never worked with a coach before!.
     
  • Assessments and Evaluations - Your ALR coach also has assessments for understanding yours and your employees' personal behavioral style. This is very powerful information, because it will help you to not only grow personally, but also to lead and manage your employees better. In addition, you can hire better, train more effectively and eliminate conflict in the workplace. In addition to the personal evaluations, we also offer business evaluations so that you can recognize those areas which are easiest to improve. These evaluations are very affordable, and are also a great place to get started!
 

 

Business Effectiveness Evaluation: We will begin with a full business evaluation. Based on the information you provide, an automated report card will be produced. That report card will measure proficiency in marketing, sales, customer service, employee relations, business systems, profit margin management, financial management, leadership and personal and work-life balance. This information will indicate the strengths and opportunities that exist within your business as well as the areas where small improvements will have the biggest impact. The Business Effective Evaluation and Analysis including two 75 minute coaching session to review the results.

Extended DISC© Personality Assessment: Early in the process, a complete personality analysis will be performed with the business owner using the Extended DISC© personal analysis tool. This is a powerful tool, which provides powerful insight into you or your team's natural behavioral and management style. This is a simple 24 question assessment which is completed online. The outcome is a very thorough report which we will review in detail with you. This assessment can be a great tool for getting a better understanding of how you should deal with others most effectively (staff, clients, even family and friends). This assessment is also a great tool for evaluating your staff to determine the tendencies and make-up of the team. It will provide you with greater insight on how to achieve maximum performance from your existing team or what types of resources you need to hire to fill out your team. This will help to determine how we go about transforming the business, making certain that the business model is completely compatible with the owners values, personality type and style preferences. Additionally, we will revisit and thoroughly understand those original goals and aspirations that motivated the owner to take those first bold steps towards becoming an entrepreneur and determine the necessary steps to get back on track.
