A. L. Russell & Associates

This program is designed for small business owners who want to learn!  It’s a 13-week training program in which several business owners meet once a week for 2 hours, facilitated and led by an A. L. Russell & Associates licensed business coach.

Workshop Format.  The format is workshop rather than seminar.  As you work through exercises, you’ll begin to design systems for marketing, leadership, sales, customer service, human resources, and financial management for your own business.

Value.  Because this is a group program, it’s a great value on cost alone.  More than that, it’s a great starting point if you’ve never worked with a small business coach before!
