About the Coaches
Alonzo Russell, MBA, Licensed Professional Business Coach, Certified Guerrilla Marketing Coach, President and Founder of A. L. Russell & Associates, Business & Entrepreneur Coaching, began college right after high school. While in this initial phase of his college career, Alonzo enlisted in the U. S. Air Force. In the Air Force Alonzo received numerous commendations. While in the Air Force and after his military career, Alonzo continued to pursue his degree until he received his BS in Electronic Engineering. He went to work for a small electronics company in Tempe, AZ where he quickly moved up in the company. Alonzo was instrumental in assisting the CEO, who coached Alonzo, in positioning the company for a multi-million dollar sale. Armed with the knowledge of how to build a small business and sell it for a large profit, over the next 20 years Alonzo built three companies and sold them. Alonzo then went back to school and earned his MBA with the sole purpose of founding A.L. Russell & Associates, Business & Entrepreneur Coaching, as a way to help Small Business Owners and Entrepreneurs drive their businesses to greater success. Alonzo has been leading seminars and workshops on business and financial topics for more than 20 years. Alonzo is using his educational background and what he has learned in the trenches to help other small business owners avoid the inevitable mistakes and achieve the vision they had of their business when they first started it.
